In short

  • Use Degroshi for your own, lawful personal finances (and those of the people who agreed to share a space with you).
  • Do not attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, and do not try to get around usage limits or the AI's safeguards.
  • Do not enter other people's data unless you have the right to.
  • We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break this policy.

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. Words defined there have the same meaning here.

1. Lawful use

Do not use the Service:

  • for anything illegal under the law of Ukraine or of the country you use it from, including money laundering, financing terrorism, fraud, tax evasion or hiding assets from a court or creditor;
  • to store or share content that is illegal, defamatory, or that infringes someone's intellectual property or privacy;
  • in breach of sanctions or export rules that apply to you.

2. Other people's data

  • Enter, upload or connect data about other people (for example a joint account, a family member's card, a shared household) only if you have the right to, and tell them where their data is kept.
  • Invite to a space only people who have agreed to share financial data with you. Give members access only to the accounts they should see.
  • Do not use the Service to monitor another person without their knowledge and consent.

3. Accounts and credentials

  • Keep one account per person; do not share sign-in details. Use spaces to share data.
  • Do not connect a bank account, wallet or exchange account that is not yours or that you are not authorised to connect.
  • Do not give us exchange API keys with trading or withdrawal rights. The Service refuses them when it can tell; if an exchange does not report key permissions, you confirm the key is read-only.
  • Protect the API keys you create, give external tools only the access they need, and revoke keys and authorisations when they are no longer needed.

4. Payments

  • Pay for a plan only with a card, other payment method or store account you are authorised to use.
  • Do not abuse refunds or chargebacks, for example by repeatedly buying a plan, asking for the 14-day refund and buying again, or by disputing a charge you authorised instead of asking us for a refund.
  • Do not try to get paid features without paying, for example by tampering with the app, the payment flow or test purchases.

5. Integrity of the Service

Do not:

  • probe, scan or test the security of the Service without our written permission (see the Security overview for how to report a vulnerability responsibly);
  • interfere with the Service or its infrastructure, for example by sending excessive requests, bypassing rate limits, or attacking other users' sessions;
  • access data that is not yours, or try to, whether through a bug, a misconfiguration or someone else's credentials; if you find such a problem, report it and do not use it;
  • scrape, crawl or bulk-download content from the Service with automated tools other than through the API with your own credentials and within its limits;
  • copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the Service, except where the law lets you;
  • resell, rent or offer the Service to third parties as your own product;
  • upload files that contain malware, or that are not what they claim to be (uploads are checked by content, not by name).

6. AI features

Do not:

  • try to bypass the AI usage limits, for example with multiple accounts;
  • try to make the assistant act outside its scope, reveal its instructions, ignore its safeguards, or produce content unrelated to your finances and the app;
  • use the AI features to process data you have no right to process, or to generate illegal, abusive or deceptive content;
  • rely on AI output for decisions without checking it, and then hold the Service responsible for the result.

The assistant pauses after repeated off-topic or manipulation attempts. Persistent abuse may lead to the AI features being turned off for your account.

7. Enforcement

If you break this policy we may, depending on the seriousness: warn you, limit a feature, suspend or close your account (Terms, section 15), remove content, or report illegal activity to the authorities. Where it is safe and reasonable, we will tell you what happened and give you a chance to respond. You can appeal a decision at support@degroshi.com.

8. Reporting abuse

To report abuse of the Service by someone else, or content that should not be there, email support@degroshi.com. This policy is published in Ukrainian and English; if the two differ, the Ukrainian text prevails.
